When you apply through our application form, we process the data you submit (first and last name, email address, WhatsApp number, LinkedIn and Instagram profile, experience, availability, rate, answers to our questions, photo, portfolio and other files) solely for the purpose of reviewing your application and a potential collaboration.
Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) as well as Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent) for voluntary information and uploaded files.
Application data and file uploads are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Lovable Cloud, EU region). Access is restricted to authorized people at NOVA Freelancers.
Application documents are stored for up to 6 months after the selection process is completed and then deleted, unless you have consented to longer storage or legal retention obligations apply.
You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to the processing of your data. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact kontakt@zoromedia.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Your data is not transferred to third parties, except to processors necessary for operating the platform (hosting, storage) on the basis of corresponding contracts under Art. 28 GDPR.
