These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and the application process at NOVA Freelancers.
By submitting an application you confirm that your information is truthful and complete. Uploaded files (photo, portfolio, other files) may only contain content for which you hold the necessary rights or for which you have valid consent from the rights holders.
There is no entitlement to acceptance into the network or to being awarded any project.
Any collaboration is on a self-employed / freelance basis only. The application does not create an employment relationship. Specific terms are governed by a separate written agreement.
Confidential information exchanged in connection with the application or collaboration must be treated confidentially by both sides.
NOVA Freelancers is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
